About

On Finding Joy, Peace,
Balance and Confidence!

Cause it is not  just about health any more, it’s about finding happiness and becoming the person I want to be. Feel free to join me on this trip.

Here’s some more about me:

Hi, I’m Maxime, I’m a 20-year-old college student about the start my 3rd year of languages and literature ( for the record, those languages would be Latin and English).
I have a passion for literature, food and cooking, running and yoga, photography, tights and my cat… and those are the things I will be writing about on this blog (obviously^^).

So, this is what I’m aiming for:

There will be pictures of my daily eats.

Although I won’t be nagging about every single meal/snack I eat, pb and oatmeal  can be pretty boring to read about every single day, I get that!

There will be  recipes.

Some will be of my own creations, others of stuff I found on the web or in cooking books and thought too baffling not to share

There will be logs about my day to day life.

Posts about my family, my courses, running sessions, sports I’ve tried,  failures and all kind of stupid things I am bound to do (did I already mention I’m a bit clumsy?!^^)… you name it, it’ll be featured

There will be entries about some great books I’ll be reading.

Yep, as a literature student I am kinda obliged to show you guys the right way in the land of books and literature

There’ll be posts that feature some of my photographs

I won’t be posting all of my photographs here any more, but you can always take a look on my Tumblr if you want to see more than the food and the occasional snap shots of my life.

I’ll also try to get in some useful posts with general tips and tricks

About living healthy as a college student (standard, I know), planning stuff (I’m the world’s biggest ‘to do lister’), personal experiences about getting happy and making other people happy.

Hope you’ll enjoy,
Love, M.

  5. Like how you put several photos in your “about” page. Perhaps I should do the same… Best wishes on your healthy eating quest. I recently did a 21-day healthy eating challenge: http://6monthstolive.wordpress.com/2011/10/09/21-days-day-7/ It was tough but totally doable. Now, I just have to have the willpower to keep it up. Good thing I found your blog today!
