Lunch for the lazy, the busy and the healthy: take away from Mange-Tout with basmati rice, steamed veggies (zucchini, mushrooms and green beans) and curry sauce.
It was really yummy and packed with fresh foods, the only negative point was the sauce: it was good, but usually I like some sauce with my food and not the other way around. On the other hand the portions sizes definitely get bonus points, I split this up for lunch and dinner, so it’s very suitable for the super lazy and busy.
